OH my dear coaches, if only you knew, the results would astound you.
I write this letter to you, and to me… and to anyone that feels they are not enough.
When you doubt yourself.
When you hold back your gifts.
When you fail to recognize your gifts.
When you criticize your failures and judge your mistakes.
When you hesitate to offer your service to others.
When you fear you are “selling” and not serving.
When you comply and go with what others are doing.
When you shrink and dim your light.
When you overwork yourself and don’t stop for fun.
When you let financial fear stop you from creating clients.
If only you knew how great you really are. If only you knew the light that you originated from, the star that you are.
If only you knew that you have a divine inheritance that says ‘you will be taken care of’ – ‘you will be okay… more than okay’.
If only you knew that every time you shrink from asking if someone would like to work with you for fear that you won’t be able to serve their needs, or that your prices are too high, or that you’ll be rejected… that one person may go without knowing the miracles that might have been possible if you shone your light on them.
If only you knew that it doesn’t matter how scared you are or if you don’t have the right words to say, that YOU ARE NOT COACHING ALONE. You have a Guide, a Spirit, an Intuition, and Energy that is by your side all of the time. You need only open up to the guidance and ask to partner with It.
If only you knew that “your playing small doesn’t serve anyone” as Marianna Williamson said in her now famous quote from A Return to Love – it actually takes away, it robs the world of your beautiful contribution.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. If only you knew how loved you are, how perfect you are for this job and how much your willingness to learn, and grow and serve will INDEED change the world.
If only you knew that YOU ARE ENOUGH you could create the life you dream of and bring your contribution to so many more.
If only you knew that so much more is happening each time you work with a client, each time you serve powerfully.
If only you could see the energy flowing, the stars arranging and the planets aligning all so that you and this beautiful soul in front of you can journey this brief moment, in this brief life together.
If only you knew… then nothing would stop you!
Not fear of sales.
Not fear of rejection.
Not fear of not being enough.
Not fear that you are a fraud.
Not fear that you won’t be able to serve.
Not fear that you’re not as far along as you’d like to be.
Not fear of inviting someone to a conversation.
Not fear of hearing NO.
Not fear of doing ‘it’ wrong or not knowing enough.
If only you knew… I’ve felt it too.
I hear you.
I feel you.
I love you.
If only you knew… because if you did nothing would stop you, not even your fear.
